Andrew Sykes, CELA, the founder and instructor of Estate Administration Blueprint, has practiced estate administration in Pennsylvania for more than 18 years. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. Sykes has taught almost every year at the Pennsylvania Elder Law Institute since 2002, has been a course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and has taught for NELF and other continuing legal education providers. 

He is the Managing Attorney of Sykes Elder Law, LLC in Pittsburgh.
